zh888's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits zh888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
zh888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account, any verified Player Funds remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds and funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

If zh888's internal complaint resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified by zh888's licensing authority. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where the circumstances warrant.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh888 International Gaming Ltd. holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the procedures set out in Section 16.
